As a member of the Infrastructure Shared Services, you will represent your department towards the Business Units and project teams. Your role will be crucial in the management, support, maintenance, implementation, administration, and lifecycle management of network environments.

Goals and Deliverables:

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Maintenance: Maintain current and new network infrastructure and security solutions.
  2. Administration: Build, deploy, and manage WAN, LAN, WLAN, and network services (e.g., NLB).
  3. Support: Senior-level operational support, including troubleshooting, incidents, problem management, and activity reporting.
  4. Implementation: Assist in new implementations of Network and Security Infrastructure components.
  5. Proactivity: Ensure stability, response time, operational consistency, and lifecycle management of network platforms and security solutions.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the search and qualification of new solutions.
  2. Provide recommendations to the highest level of expertise teams.

Requirements

Primary Technical Abilities:

  1. Preferably CCNP Level.
  2. Administration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks.
  3. Routing protocols configuration and troubleshooting (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  4. LAN technologies administration and troubleshooting (VRRP, VSS, STP).
  5. QoS mechanisms.
  6. Administration of Wifi controllers and access points.
  7. Load Balancer (NetScaler).
  8. Security Administration with Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls, Pulse remote access, Reverse Proxy.

Behavioral Abilities:

  1. 3-5 years experience in infrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator.
  2. Strong knowledge of Cisco network products, Palo Alto, Riverbed.
  3. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  4. Team player with the ability to work within and outside the IT department.
  5. Customer service-oriented.
  6. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  7. English speaking mandatory (French reading would be appreciated).
  8. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand business constraints.
