Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst who is passionate about managing technology to build efficient and scalable marketing processes along with a solid understanding of modern marketing automation tools and knowledge of Marketo. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with an award-winning team, shape the MarTech stack to improve marketing and sales processes, adopt best practices, and come up with innovative ideas to help us operate as a best-in-class marketing team. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

(IC: Knowledge | Leadership | Communication)

  • Work across the Marketing team to support our effective operationalizing of campaigns, events, ABX, and acquisition as well as expansion initiatives.
  • Own the email campaigns’ process end to end, ensuring requests are set up correctly with the ability to track and measure effectiveness.
  • Manage the Martech stack and integrations with other operations teams across the business.
  • Work hand-in-hand across the marketing team to support end-to-end processes and operationalizing campaigns, events, webinars, and community as well as align to tactics and segments focused on improving our key growth metrics.
  • Develop effective email nurturing programs with input from Marketing, Sales Ops, and BDR teams.
  • Manage email, web, and digital platforms to enable efficient operation and improved performance.
  • Manage vendors and other external relationships, including contracting and other administrative tasks.
  • Support in the development of Marketing Analytics & Reporting dashboards to optimize program successes, and help the team uncover insights to drive performance and business outcomes.
  • Constantly look for improvements in tools and techniques to improve various aspects of marketing analytics and business needs.
  • Help the team develop processes and project management improvements to drive faster time to value for campaigns and key programs.
  • Manage key administrative functions: oversee new systems/setup new users etc.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of marketing operations or technology experience for enterprise B2B software products with knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in Marketo and SFDC supporting growth/demand gen teams required.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns, emails and lists, and related reporting required
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies and methodologies for testing.
  • Execution and action-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate across the marketing team.
  • Inquisitive, self-motivated, and success-driven with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels in the organization.
  • Available to work in the US Eastern Time Zone (9am to 6pm ET).

Skills That Are Nice to Have:

  • Experience with tools such as WordPress, Drift, Lean Data, Zapier, Docusign, Sendoso, and Tableau a plus.

  • Exposure to account-based motions or ABM programs is a plus.

  • Computer science or engineering degree preferred.
