As the Head of Agent Tool, you will be at the forefront of driving the strategic development and commercial success of our software and CRM solutions. Leveraging your expertise in the real estate industry and customer-centric approach, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales and customer service teams while serving as a domain expert and key counterpart for our Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development:

  • Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for the software and CRM solutions for both rent and sales customer
  • Aligning the strategy with the evolving needs of our B2B customers and the company's objectives
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and new functionalities based on strategic objectives and customer insights.

Commercial Ownership:

  • Drive and own the commercial success of our software and CRM solutions.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and success.

Expertise and Customer Focus:

  • Deeply understand the needs, pain points, and preferences of our B2B customers and represent their interests within the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on real estate software and CRM solutions, guiding internal teams and stakeholders on industry trends, best practices, and customer requirements.

Empowerment of Sales and Customer Service Teams:

  • Develop training programs, resources, and tools to empower our sales and customer service teams to effectively promote, sell, and support our software and CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and engagement

Collaboration with Product Teams:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the business and product teams, advocating for customer needs, requirements, and feedback in the development and enhancement of our products.
  • Provide guidance, insights, and domain expertise to inform product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and user experience decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in commercial or strategic roles within the real estate or software industry.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and commercial success in software or SaaS products, particularly in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of real estate industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs, with a customer-centric mindset; know-how in property management preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in strategic planning to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
