Nimble is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of theoretical and practical robotic control systems, including motion planning, kinematics, path planning, multi-agent path planning, and non-linear controls. This role will contribute to the advancement of Nimble's robotics moonshot and play a critical part in architecting and building advanced robotic systems for automated eCommerce fulfillment centers.

Requirements
- BS/MS/Ph.D. in Mechanical, Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience in robotic controls or related field
- Strong experience in C, C++, and Python development
- Ability to develop fault-tolerant and fail-safe robotic control software
- Familiarity with system architecture, design, and development
- Proven experience in motion planning and control algorithms development
- Experience with joint controllers, control algorithms for robotic arms, and brushless servo motors
- Understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and non-linear controls
