AGS is looking for a proven talent acquisition/recruitment leader to manage a high-profile logo, inclusive of talent acquisition/recruitment strategy, operations, stakeholder management, governance, and more importantly, a high-performing team.

The key focus for the Recruitment Operations Manager is to manage the day-to-day operational delivery, whilst managing your own workload, coaching/supporting the team, whilst partnering with stakeholders and your leader.

This role will see the person providing direction and support to a diverse and talented talent acquisition team, including Senior/Recruitment Relationship Managers, Recruitment Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator, to fulfill deliverables, objectives, and key results.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment Operations, you will assist in driving best practice across recruitment operations and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

Your opportunity:

  • Managing the complete recruitment life cycle delivery right from sourcing to candidate onboarding.& leading a team for all recruitment activities, handling positions from entry to mid-senior level across various business units and functions.
  • Responsible for deploying sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for mass volume, corporate and niche hiring across all levels
  • Ensuring hiring targets are met within the specified SLA’s by maintaining turnaround time and source mix, whilst monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests
  • Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the ‘AGS Way’, ensuring seamless delivery between the onsite and offshore resources.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining profitability for the respective business units, whilst ensuring the team is proactively staffed to capacity at all times to meet the business demands.
  • Strategizing hiring requirements according to client demands and ensuring that their needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
  • Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels, whilst taking ownership and responsibility regardless of the positive or negative situation.
  • Understanding hiring leaders’ needs and delivering value by creating the right solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts, and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues.
  • Client relationship management/stakeholder management.
  • Providing market intelligence to stakeholders/hiring leaders and creating an ongoing pipeline for specific roles.
  • Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.
  • Identifying future talent needs and leading the team to proactively source and recruit for developing quality talent pools.
  • Communicating the process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects and additional service offerings.
  • Managing your own req load, as you continuously add value to your remit, and the account.
  • Managing relationships with third-party service providers as assigned.
  • Recruiting, inducting and training new team members where and when required.

Requirements

Your skills

  • This role is highly relationship-driven and requires a responsive, consultative, and professional end-to-end talent acquisition professional and leader with a proven track record of building successful stakeholder relationships.
  • 5+ years of working experience in a leader type role or those looking and able to step up within the business; with relevant background in end-to-end recruitment; with a focus on recruiting as per assigned vertical and designation appropriate to the account.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, motivating, and driving sizeable talent acquisition delivery across China, which will include Team Leads, Recruiters, Sourcers and Coordinators.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire across various industries, whilst showcasing your subject matter expertise and commercial acumen to attract and engage talent within the China market. If you have had mass or high-volume experience, we would like to speak to you!
  • Ability to formulate customised sourcing strategies as per changing business demands & market trends.
  • Data-driven, with strategic agility, executive presence, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to predict trends and translate ideas into results
  • Ability to guide stakeholders through complex situations and drive successful outcomes whilst effectively managing expectations.
  • As a self-motivated individual, you welcome autonomy and will thrive on being accountable for your region.
  • Aptitude for project management, change management and solid stakeholder management/engagement, acting as a true advisor, business partner, and consultant
  • Proven ability to work under pressure to deliver towards client timelines.
  • Fluency in both Chinese & English is greatly favoured due to the regional requirements of this role.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
