True Zero Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Information Assurance Engineer with an active Top Secret clearance to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our systems, with a specific focus on Federal Authority to Operate (ATO)/Risk Management Framework (RMF) and accreditations. Your responsibilities will include leading the effort to obtain and maintain Federal ATOs and accreditations, conducting security assessments and audits, developing security policies and procedures, and more.

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in information assurance and cyber security
• Familiarity with Federal ATO processes and NIST Cyber Security Framework
• Strong knowledge of federal security regulations and standards (e.g., FISMA, RMF)
• Experience conducting security assessments and audits
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
