Senior IT Systems Engineer

True Zero Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior IT Systems Engineer with an active Top Secret security clearance to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, physical servers, and host systems for our clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring security compliance, and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Systems Engineer, focusing on network infrastructure, physical servers, and host systems
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and design
• Experience with server hardware, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP) preferred
