The Role:

Relationship Manager role is to promote the products and services of Saxo Bank and grow our rapidly expanding business in Poland. You will be responsible for growing our client relationships, and providing our clients with up-to-date market & product information of Saxo’s global services and promoting Saxo’s capabilities with your in-depth product, platform and solution knowledge.

You would do so whilst ensuring prudence and adhering to Saxo Bank’s values, its policies and procedures, and in compliance with all local regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seeking new business through professional networking and referrals.
  • Providing market information as released by our global strategy team, while developing your portfolio of clients based on your deep understanding of clients perspective/strategy.
  • Proactively conducting client interactions to reduce clients’ attrition, while also demonstrating growth mindset in actively focusing on initiatives designed to work on retention, growth, upgrades and reactivations.
  • Ensure sufficient understanding of and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines with regards to best execution and MiFID when handling clients.
  • Hosting meetings with potential high value clients to grow your book of business.
  • Participate in client events and organize client’s educational seminars online and offline.
  • Guide clients through new product/platform launches and any required changes to their relationship with Saxo.

Your Profile:

We seek only highly motivated, proactive and commercially focused individuals with a positive and growth-based mindset. In order to qualify for this job, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Fluent and well spoken in Polish & English (Corporate language).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work with consistently high standards.
  • Drive and tenacity in reaching goals.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service with an enthusiastic approach when speaking with clients.
  • Ability to adapt selling techniques and styles to your audience.
  • Professional and structured approach, suited to a regulated product environment.
  • Flexibility/adaptability in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Knowledge and direct experience of Saxo’s products and services (primarily Forex, Options, CFDs, Stocks, Bonds).
  • Understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
  • Min. 3 years experience in RM or similar role
