As a Head of Marketing for our French market, directly reporting to Philippine, our Managing Director France, your mission will be to develop our awareness and acquisition in France, together with your team.

You will manage a team of local experts in the fields of events, content, social media, and marketing to adapt and localize our global strategy for the French market. You will work in close collaboration with our central teams (marketing & comms as well as acquisition).

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Head of Marketing France at Qonto, you will

• Strategically orient and drive allocation and management of a substantial media and analytics budget.

Lead a dynamic team to refine marketing efforts, focusing on efficiency and scalability.

• Develop and nurture partnerships to open new market segments.

• Collaborate closely with central teams to align brand messaging and strategies.

Innovate marketing techniques to stay ahead in the competitive FinTech landscape.

🏅About You

Experience: Proven experience in managing large marketing budgets and successful experiences in leading marketing teams of at least 5 people (PR, communication), ideally in a FinTech or scale-up environment.

Expertise: in both online and offline marketing strategies, ideally

• Strategic thinking: Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

• Stakeholder management: Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage and inspire a team and to foster alignment between different cross-function teams.

• Languages: Full proficiency is required in French and English.
