We are looking for a Data Processing Specialist to join our team in Vienna.

You will be responsible for monitoring and processing daily incoming data, such as insolvencies, company register, negative data, Trade and others.

You will be involved in uploading data manually, overseeing automated process as well as liaising with our suppliers, external partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Data research and data maintenance (companies and individuals)
• Data editing and processing,
• Data matching and import of daily data deliveries
• Monitoring the processing of the data (manual/automated)
• Liaising with suppliers, external partners and customers
• Analysis of processes and their optimization

Skills

• Initial relevant professional experience is an advantage
• High service and quality orientation
• Accurate, independent and structured way of working
• Organizational skills with good manners
• Good Office and Excel skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn process
