Director, Category Management

Endy is seeking a strategic, proactive and collaborative Director of Category Management to become an integral part of its Product team. The Director of Category Management will lead the development of our long-term product roadmap and help commercialize products that will truly delight the Endy customer. This individual will have a deep understanding of the competitive, consumer, and retail landscapes and use that information to inform their recommendations on the go-forward plan. They will leverage existing data and field new research as required to compile a clear and convincing business case for the business to embark on developing new products.

What You'll Do:

• Determine the long-term roadmap for all of our products
• Responsible for the delivery of consumer-centric product ideas and solutions that are unique and meaningful and are aligned with the overall growth plan
