Business Analyst - Performance Controlling

Our Performance Controlling team is focused on delivering trading and competitiveness insights in order to help support the company's profitability and key processes such as budgeting, forecasting, competition & market insights. We provide visibility on company performance to key stakeholders, identify any deviations in managed metrics and bridge the gap between our Finance Cash-Flow Reporting and our Trading Monitoring.

What you will do

• By monitoring and controlling deviations between Trading expectations and Finance Reporting, you will understand the relations between performance controlling, forecasting, and budgeting to make sure we hit our budgeted targets.
• You will identify the drivers impacting our Trading performance and translate the insights into actionable items.
• With your keen eye, you will use market data to discover new business opportunities.
• You’ll build case studies and what-if analyses to evaluate the impact of new products, business features, and pricing changes.
• You will build ad-hoc reports and communicate insights directly with our Senior Management.
• You will define, lead, and coordinate quick corrective actions of missed opportunities, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders for long-term sustainable solutions.
• Your main internal stakeholders will be the Finance, Pricing, Commercial, Engineering, and Business Development teams.

What you will need

• Your previous experience as a Business Analyst in the field of Revenue Management with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• You are analytically rigorous with attention to detail and the ability to interpret information from many sources across the company.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with quick changes and where your work can have a significant business impact on company growth and development.
• You are fluent in English, have clear and effective communication skills, and have experience working with a range of stakeholders.
• Your skills and experience in SQL would be highly appreciated.
