Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our client's dynamic team. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both frontend and backend components of our complex web applications. You will play a crucial role in translating software requirements into functional and maintainable solutions within our existing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Lifecycle Development: Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, deployment, and ongoing support and maintenance.
• Best Practices: Develop and adhere to industry best practices for application development to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Optimization: Ensure optimization of applications across all platforms, with a focus on mobile-friendly UI/UX.
• Problem Analysis: Effectively analyze problems and tasks to provide accurate timelines for milestones and complete implementations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications to ensure easy maintenance and scalability.

Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with web application development.
• 3+ years of experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• 3+ years of experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $2000 - $3000 / month
