Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision and Roadmap:
  • Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for mid and long-term within the Product Family.
  • Ensure comprehensive coordination across multiple squads dedicated to the Product Family, ensuring effective value realization for the business.
• Demand Management:
  • Collect, qualify, and assess demands from Global Business Process Owners and the Tech Function.
  • Capture and arbitrate local needs in collaboration with proximity teams.
  • Consolidate Business & Tech Product Demand backlogs and integrate them into the appropriate Squad’s Backlog.
• Backlog Management:
  • Contribute to EPIC demands review and perform EPIC analysis.
  • Participate in portfolio backlog review, prioritization, and arbitration.
  • Allocate features to Product Owners and integrate them into Portfolio Synchronization Backlogs.
• ITFM:
  • Provide product roadmap and backlog squad’s resource needs forecast.
  • Oversee funding, perform variance analysis, and provide justification.
  • Track product ROI and costs.
• Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Drive product vision and roadmap through product framing analysis and EPIC/features definition.
  • Define and track product value generation and investment.
  • Oversee product squads’ activities, ensuring effective product demos and roll-out plans.
• Resource Management:
  • Coordinate product teams, animate PO community, and secure engagement & collaboration.
  • Define squad’s resource needs and adjust plans based on resource capacity.

The Products and Teams:

• The Managed Cloud Product portfolio includes:
  • On-premise and cloud data centers compute capabilities.
  • Server management at the operating system level and below.
  • Backup restoration and disaster recovery management.
  • Secure compute capabilities across all technology layers.
• The Managed Cloud product is operated with four product owners located in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

• Functional Skills:
  • Deep strategic planning capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking and value-driven mindset.
  • Experience in people management within multiple teams.
  • Understanding of agile mindset and practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Industry knowledge and insights into key challenges for the domain.
  • Experience in product management and IT project/program/product roll-out.

• Reporting Line: Report to Cloud & Infrastructure Portfolio Director.
• Key Internal Stakeholders: Product Owners, Tech Success Directors, Resource Leads.
• Key External Stakeholders: Cloud and On-Premise Suppliers, Managed Service Providers.

Geographical Scope:

• Scope: Global
• Travel: Infrequent ([25%)

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (BAC +2/+4) or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years managing on-premise data centers.
• 5+ years with Azure IaaS and server management.
• Experience within a technology/IT product-based organization.
• Fluent in English.
