VoIP Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• A minimum of five years’ experience deploying Cisco VoIP solutions including both architecture and infrastructure designs for data centers and site deployments including the following:
• Providing operational support for moves, adds and changes relating to service tickets.
• Opening and managing Cisco Technical Assistant Center (TAC) cases and rectifying user, VoIP or collaboration infrastructure problems.
• Providing technical support and examination of root causes of problems relating to a client’s application, product and network incidents.
• Planning, installing, configuring, examining and maintaining Cisco Call Manager products.
• Cisco Certified Collaboration Professional Certificate is required.

Requirements

• Must be local to DMV area (Working Hybrid, but On-site required at Regan National and Dulles Airports).
• Cisco Certified Collaboration Professional Certificate (required).
• Five or more years of on-site Cisco VoIP architecture design and deployment experience.
• Significant 3rd tier or higher Cisco VoIP troubleshooting experience.
