Position Description

We are passionate about creating a dynamic and innovative learning environment, and we're looking for a skilled Program Manager to join our team.

As a Program Manager at Schoox, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of our product development initiatives. Your role will involve facilitating discussions around processes, collaborating with various teams to implement. This role will report directly to the Director of Program Management and will work closely with the executive team and leaders within the company to ensure the seamless implementation of our Product Roadmap.

Expectations:

You will execute across these activities:

  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with the organization's strategic objectives by reviewing and prioritizing ideas in collaboration with executive team, Product Managers, CSMs, Implementation, and Sales.
  • Collaborate with the Backend, Frontend, QA, Mobile, Product Managers, and Design on creating plans for various projects for each quarter, by managing risks, issues, and dependencies (using tools like Aha, Jira, Tempo).
  • Strategize and outline both the deliverables that teams will produce and the corresponding timeline for their implementation.
  • Allocate resources in an effective way to meet project requirements and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.
  • Regularly reassess and adjust priorities in accordance with evolving needs and requirements.
  • Act as the owner's representative in project matters, overseeing the entire project life cycle from initiation to closure, tracking dependencies.
  • Track and monitor the progress of each feature release.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on project status and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation for reference and auditing.
  • Communicate status updates and risks to the Director of Program Management and various stakeholders.
  • Provide frequent updates to the Director of the Program Management Team, as well as to the Product Organization Readiness and Product Management teams on the release dates, and any new developments regarding features that are scheduled.

Requirements

The experience you need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Program Manager or Project Manager role (or another related field).
  • Proven experience in program/project management and overseeing large-scale initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align program objectives with organizational goals.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing/speaking English.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
  • Experience and demonstrated understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Previous experience in the technology or e-learning industry is a plus.
