Senior Front End Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic development team. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative web applications and user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and visually appealing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend technologies, a passion for clean and efficient code, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Develop scalable and responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Conduct performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance application performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, techniques, and best practices, and apply them to projects as appropriate.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer, with a focus on developing complex web applications and user interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of frontend frameworks and libraries (React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and task runners (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex frontend issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Worked on ecommerce projects is a plus
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior engineers is a plus.
• Previous experience working with U.S clients is a plus.
