Business Analyst

One of Sweden's leading telecom company is looking for a Business Analyst for a consultant assignment. The client's vision is to find smart and unrestricted solutions together with engaged contributors who are ready to join the mission for a society without limitations.

Duration: 2024-09-02 to 2025-06-01 (with a possibility of extention)

What you'll do

• Participate as an active project member in the IoT ERP implementation, focusing on billing, defining invoice layout, and implementation.

• Be part of the customer journey development and related process transformation.

• Carry out a detailed study of the company's business processes, revealing their impact on the fulfillment of the company's strategic goals.

• Identify sustainable, efficient business processes and related system improvements, define business and IT requirements for their implementation.

• Manage process improvement implementation projects in cooperation with the rest of the organization.

• Support the introduction of new products and services by incorporating them into existing processes and developing new processes by best practices.

• Monitor the impact of processes on customer satisfaction throughout the customer's life cycle by analyzing customer feedback and survey results.

• Ensure the maintenance and longevity of the implemented process improvements in the daily operation.

• Evaluate the impact of changes or improvements in implemented processes on quality or customer satisfaction by defining and implementing measurable indicators (KPIs).

Who you are

• Strong customer orientation and ability to understand the customer journey.

• Experience in implementing an ERP system, with a focus on billing and invoicing.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in creating, analyzing, and implementing changes in business processes, as well as supporting applications and user information.

• Higher education in business or process management.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to fearlessly involve and contact teams within and outside of the organization.

• Knowledge of process management methods such as Lean and BPM.

• Project management experience, with the ability to manage process improvement implementation projects in cooperation with the rest of the organization.

• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify sustainable and efficient business processes and related system improvements.

• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to justify one's opinion.

• Very good knowledge of English, preferably also Latvian and/or Swedish (written and oral).

• Good computer program skills, especially in CRM and ERP systems, MS Office, and Jira
