We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect for Intelligent Content Search to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a vital role in defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for our Content Search & Knowledge Management product. This includes ensuring the product is built for purpose, with built-in observability, self-service and automation, and deeply integrated into our Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics ecosystem, ensuring reusability and platform elasticity. .

The Opportunity:

• Design end-to-end search architectures, considering scalability, security, relevance, and performance.
• Implement AI-driven solutions in Knowledge Management, Information Retrieval, and Search Engines using AWS cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Develop comprehensive process design documentation, including flowcharts and diagrams, to effectively communicate the AI and Cloud architecture.
• Apply NLP and GenAI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable efficient and accurate information retrieval from unstructured data sources.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI and Cloud technologies to enhance knowledge management processes.
• Assess and design the integration of the platform with multiple systems (mainly via REST APIs).
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of solutions through proper testing and optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide architectural guidance and support during implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, Cloud, and information retrieval technologies.
• Facilitate seamless integration of AI and Cloud platforms with existing systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and data protection policies by implementing robust security measures.

Who you are:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of professional IT experience, with proven experience as a Solution Architect in AI and cloud-based projects.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, particularly in building scalable and secure architectures.
• Demonstrated experience in the Artificial Intelligence field.
• Familiarity with NLP algorithms, information retrieval, and search engines (preferred technologies: Sinequa, Google Cloud Search).
• Understanding of knowledge management systems and search engine technologies.
• Good understanding of system integration.
• Experience with semantics, metadata management, taxonomies, ontologies and knowledge graphs is valuable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs and make sound architectural decisions.
• Expertise in multiple technology domains (e.g., networks, systems, databases, security).
• Familiarity with architecture framework methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
