This is a full-time on-site role located in Umhlanga for a National Sales Training Coordinator. As a National Sales Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering sales training programs, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions for sales teams across the country. You will also work closely with sales managers to assess training needs and develop customized training plans to enhance the sales team's skills and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales training or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective training programs
- Proficiency in using training software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3 years in sales (currently). Financial services industry will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
