Process Innovation Manager

The “Process Innovation” team has been deploying various IT and digital tools to improve productivity since 2022, contributing to business and management.

The team will continue to lead and promote the development and implementation support of various IT systems and digital tools to achieve further productivity improvement and fundamental operational reforms not only in our company but also on a global scale. We are looking for a manager who can lead the project.

Responsibility

• Planning and construction of IT systems to realize Process Innovation
• Management and leading of projects with overseas offices including Japan

Actual Work

• Work with related business divisions to compile business side requirements (business analyst work)
• Compiling requirements and creating a plan to build an IT system (project planning)
• Project management and leading the project with a focus on QCD of the project

Requirements

Must Have

• At least 5 years of experience in project management and project reading for IT system development projects
• English speaking (TOEIC 800+) in email, documentation, and business conversation
• Japanese language skills for email, document preparation, and business conversation

Nice to Haves

• Experience in IT system development projects in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in IT system construction projects with overseas offices
• Collaboration with overseas offices in a remote environment
• Native level of English
