Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for :
- Manage supplier and subcontractor relations
- Manage and negotiate calls for tender (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
- Guarantee the best quality/price/deadlines

Tasks

- Identify suppliers and subcontractors
- Request quotations
- Negotiate bids and quotations
- Carry out financial analysis of each offer and quotation
- Manage PO production and order follow-up
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Assign precise supplier classifications to all suppliers (strategic, critical, preferred, non-critical)
- Ensure accurate Procurement categories are used in purchase orders
- Provide complete and correct information to Group Procurement in a timely manner, including sustainability information, supplier performance management information, etc.
- Collaborate with Group Procurement to standardize processes and identify local exceptions
- Ensure 100% compliance with SOP (Standard Operating Process)
- Savings on CAPEX and OPEX purchases
- Carry out monthly and quarterly reporting
- Perform supplier evaluations

Requirements

 Training: Bachelor or Engineering graduation in Purchasing - Finance - supply chain
 Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum

Specific requirements:

- Sense of rigor
- Good knowledge of purchasing methodologies and all stages of the purchasing process.
- Good knowledge of IT tools to use the purchasing information system: purchasing dashboards, supplier database, etc.
- Very good knowledge of how to use Internet search engines and how the main marketplaces work.
- Good knowledge of current and potential markets
