Senior Mobile Development Engineer

We’ve built a virtual therapy assistant to support patients and clinicians along the talk therapy care journey, enhancing therapist productivity while also keeping patients engaged along the care journey.

What you will be doing:

You will be part of the Limbic Care team. Limbic Care is our app based generative AI companion for patients and therapists. This is currently being rolled out in the UK and seeing promising early results.

More specifically you will:

• Contribute to our mobile device app for patients
• Implement features that use AI and custom LLMs
• Continually improve code quality under coding standards, best practices and through automation and code reviews
• Build, test and ship new (well tested) features

Bonus if you've got experience developing open source projects and have a strong foothold in an engineering community.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience developing Mobile applications with React Native
• Strong experience with Typescript
• Strong experience building and shipping production ready code
• Great design, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and as part of a highly skilled team
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)

Any experience in the following will be highly desirable:

• Native Android and/or iOS development
• Have already contributed to successful mobile apps
• Familiarity with GraphQL requests
• Experience using react-query
• Experience using Jotai
