JR56429 MTB Manufacturing Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational procedures and product specifications of production staff in the manufacturing area.
Your role involves process optimization and cover daily operations to meet production schedule, operation cost and trouble shooting.
Additionally, you’ll handle process-related projects, personnel, and quality reports to achieve production goals.
You’ll establish operational policies and procedures to ensure production targets, product standards, and cost efficiency.
Other responsibilities include reporting on organizational and departmental project leadership and coordination, participating in productivity improvement,
quality enhancement, cycle time reduction, and cost-saving initiatives, as well as managing performance across various units.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Operation line management and Recipe control/Project arrangement.
• Operation scheduling and lot tracing.
• Process KPI maintain(Recipe fan-out control, SPEC/FMEA/QCP(Quality control plan), CIP/QGC(Quality Control Plan)/GoodPoint, Training and benchmark).
• Leading or coordinate of department project.
• Abnormal event analysis and improvement.

Requirement:

• Preferred to have over 3-year of working experiences in assembly process or Auto-visual inspect background. such as ASM, SPIL, KYEC, KLA, STi.
• Conversation English with TOEIC 850 scores.
• Enginner or Science Bachelor degree or above.
• Familiar with Python or Tableau, better to acquired jmp and data analysis capbility.
