Your day-to-day:

• Own proxy product line from customer discovery to delivery process and reach concrete outcomes.
• Conduct active user research to gain deep understanding of customer needs, goals, pain points, and use cases.
• Gather and analyze data to better understand current usage trends, identify potential user needs and find ways to scale current feature usability and user engagement with the product.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to determine the best technical implementation methods and prioritize feature development.
• Actively contribute to developing a product line vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business goals, and overall company strategy.
• Develop and maintain product roadmap depending on company’s commercial strategy, clients’ needs, and market trends.
• Track, understand, and control the main product metrics: acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Be a main point of contact for internal and external parties.

Your skills & experience:

• Experience in owning technical product development from idea to launch including owning outcomes.

• Ability to capture and translate customer discovery insights and needs into product features.

• Ability to analyze user data to improve product offerings.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Technical/Engineering background or experience and willingness to work with technical product.

• Strong communication skills, and capability to explain complex concepts.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Creative thinking with a focus on innovative solutions.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with proxy product management.
• Understanding of the B2B data services market.

Salary:

• Gross salary: 5000 - 6600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
