Our marketing team forms an integral element of our Go-to-Market Team. We play a fundamental role driving demand for sales and customer success.

Our team consists of 5 members spanning marketing strategy, partnerships, demand generation, content and the website.

What will you do?

Your focus will be the development and performance of the website. Optimising the website and SEO to increase website conversion achieving a high-level of quality leads for the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute requests for changes to website content and technology, conduct research and scoping, prioritize tasks, ensure accessibility, and oversee the tech stack and development process, contributing to SEO, technical SEO, design, and asset creation/optimization.
  • Design, execute, and report on various A/B tests to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates, continuously evaluating performance to inform improvements related to digital experience, functionality, and features across all websites and tools.
  • Generate and present strategic ideas for website improvement, maintaining a roadmap, backlog, and completed tasks for ongoing and future projects.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, product, engineering, and external partners to support ongoing campaigns.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to the website, providing assessments and solutions.
  • Conduct limited but crucial website testing to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Develop and provide training materials for content editors using the CMS platform, offering ongoing research and support to manage the website amidst changing technologies.
  • Provide guidance on data and analytics requests.
  • Lead and oversee the planning and prioritization of website projects and requests across the team to ensure delivery on requirements within agreed timescales, ensuring the internal briefing process is set up to deliver team efficiencies.
  • Continuously evaluate performance to inform improvements related to digital experience, functionality, and features across all websites and tools.
  • Own the development and implementation of our SEO strategy, focusing on optimizing all onsite elements to provide an accessible and visible website.
  • Own website content, updating the website via CMS to ensure content and assets remain accurate, optimized, and relevant to the audience across all devices and screen sizes.

Key skills

  • Proficiency in Webflow: Expertise in using Webflow for website design and development is vital.
  • Ability to adjust website design and development via code when necessary with a proficiency in web development technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge or ability to learn ChiliPiper, Mutiny, Livestorm, Wistia, Thinkific, Cloudflare, Heap.
  • Ability to create and manipulate design assets using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Zapier.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment where multitasking, thoroughness, and prioritization are essential.
  • Experience of working with CMS and other website management tools.
  • Experience of migrating to new technologies is desirable.
  • Experience in building and optimizing customer journeys.
  • Experience of website management and UX best practice.
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively with stakeholders from different disciplines and seniority levels across the business.
