INBRAIN Neuroelectronics decodes neural signals to deliver precision BCI therapy using the power of graphene.

As Product Designer you work in an interdisciplinary field that requires an understanding of both user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for INBRAIN’s Intelligent Network Modulation platform, which consists for example of a patient system (implantable medical device, wearables, and a mobile app) as well as a system for clinicians (e.g., app and web portal) for remote monitoring of patients and performing treatment optimization sessions.

It is very important for this role, to have experience in the healthcare industry to have a deep understanding of typical users and affinity.

You will gather insights about users and their needs to inform the design process. In addition, you will evaluate the usability of the products, and make improvements based on feedback. You are responsible for designing the consistent overall look, feel, and functionality of products such as wearables, websites, and mobile apps. You will create the visual design of the digital products, including layout, typography, and color scheme.

You will design the interactions and user flows of the INBRAIN platform.

As a Product Designer will interact both with internal stakeholders (product owner, software engineers), as well as external stakeholders such as patients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and/or using user research to gain insight into what issues/pain points users face when they engage with a healthcare app, website, platform, or system
  • Understanding the goals and desired calls-to-action of an organization’s healthcare platform and finding ways to meet those goals while still advocating for the user—whether it’s trying to help hospital workers be more efficient, improving the training experience for doctors, or making the hospitalization less stressful for patients
  • Conducting design experiments and A/B testing, listening to user feedback, and staying on top of industry trends to develop user/patient-centered design solutions
  • Creating wireframes, digital and physical prototypes to support usability testing and providing inputs to the development team
  • Designing a consistent, reliable, and accessible user experience across wearables, mobile devices, and desktop platforms
  • Collaborating with team members from other disciplines such as researchers, data scientists, information architects, marketers, and engineers to test, iterate, and launch products and services that satisfy stakeholders
  • Quality assurance and compliance; ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the company's branding and marketing communication through graphic and digital design
  • UX/UI-related supplier and customer management
  • +4 years of experience as Product Designer with expertise in relevant applications
  • Is a must-have experience in the healthcare industry
  • Is a must - have experience to have designed products that have been commercialized
  • High-energy, self-motivated, pro-active individual able to work in a diverse team within a startup company
  • Bringing solutions and being able to think out of the box to find solutions
  • Having experience with different UX/UI tools (e.g., Maze, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, etc) to empower product design
  • You have an affinity with web and (Android, iOS) app software development and would like to proactively collaborate with development teams to create software with the best user experience.
  • Fluent in English (company language)
