By helping sustainable companies and projects: make their dreams come true. And that's where we need you! As a (Junior) Customer Success Manager, you will be the rock for our companies and investors. What will you do? Well, this:

  • You are the mastermind behind our crowdfunding campaigns. From the first sketches to the final touches.
  • You communicate like a pro with our investors and companies. Everyone knows exactly what's going on thanks to you.
  • Social media strategies and newsletters? You make them so engaging that people can't wait to read what follows.
  • You will analyse our campaigns and come up with reports and improvements that ensure we keep getting better.
  • You support our investors every day, by phone and email, and make sure they are happy with your support.
  • You like to bite into a numerical job and make sure you are as responsible with our investors' money as you are with your own.
  • You will work with our international team to take the customer experience to the next level.

  • You are committed to optimal customer satisfaction and always look for the most creative solutions. You have a love for writing texts that touch people and communicating comes naturally to you.
  • Translation experience? Bring it on! Speaking and writing Dutch and English? Piece of cake.
  • You are an organisational talent who is always approachable and keeps an overview, no matter how busy things are.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are your second nature.
  • You find collaboration a crucial part of success and enjoyment in your work
  • 1-3 years' work experience in a client environment and a marketing/communications background is an advantage.
  • Completed HBO education for example marketing and/or communication, but other education can also be a perfect match.
