As a DIGITAL GROWTH CONSULTANT you will…

• Create digital growth ideas for leading brands worldwide, e.g.
  • Innovate & design future business models on as well as platforms for personalized nutrition for a well-known food manufacturer
  • Build future customer engagement models for a global health care leader
  • Build future oriented b2c business models for popular b2b brands
• Creatively support in strategic, operational and internal process topics & support the growth of a fast growing boutique agency
• Work closely with the founder & management team
• Further develop creative talent acquisition standards, procedures & processes THEREFORE…
• you have a degree or a non-technical education in a suitable field (e.g. business psychology, strategy, business administration, etc.)
• you have 0-1 years of work experience in a dynamic environment
• you will convince us with your empathic and trusting attitude, trustworthy and binding appearance, as well as your positive charisma and exceptional communication skills in German and English
• you have a good command of Office products, especially Excel, and you have ideally
• gained first experience with an HR system (e.g. Personio)
• you are interested in new trends in the tech world and in megatrends such as digitalization, new work or agility
