For more than 80 years, we have pioneered intelligent monitoring solutions to keep our customer's rotating equipment operating at peak performance worldwide.Reporting to the Sales Director, EMEA, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and managing the sales of condition monitoring for Brüel & Kjær Vibro across Europe, middle East and Africa. You’ll have the leadership ability to communicate the company values where you will build a clear plan for Brüel & Kjær Vibro to be seen as an operational enabler and thus grow market adoption for the Company solutions and services.
You possess the ability to turn this vision into results with a long term goal to grow the Company to become a supplier of choice for customers that wish to invest in value based Enterprise solutions.

  • Assume a key role in delivering the Company’s strategic objectives through the provision of appropriate growth strategies, compelling commercial solutions and developing productive relationships with target customers and prospective strategic partners.
  • Develop and lead a targeted sales and business development strategy, adopting a hands-on, structured, and proactive growth-driven approach focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities in both established and previously untapped clients.
  • Cement business relationships at all levels within target customers to ensure that the company is appropriately aligned strategically, commercially and technically to take advantage of all potential revenue generating opportunities.
  • Play a key role in tendering activities, contract negotiation, risk evaluation and the setting of prices, margins and selling strategies, taking into account both internal and external trading considerations, market dynamics and strategic intent.
  • Mentor, manage, motivate and develop the sales and business development culture within the business towards meeting all targets and objectives in a coordinated manner, whilst remaining responsive to the demands of a dynamic and growth orientated business.
  • Understanding competitor positions, product offerings and price levels.
  • Formulate and deliver sales and business development forecasts, goals and objectives, operating to agreed business plans, budgets and targets.
  • Preparing professional action plans, performance and sales reports, and business plans to communicate key account strategies to both departmental and company leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven sales/marketing track record ideally in the Condition Monitoring hardware/software space.
  • Knowledge and experience in selling aftermarket products and services.
  • Track record of managing customers and growing aftermarket performance in a highly ethical and professional manner.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic business plan.
  • Fluent English skills (other european languages such as German, French or Spanish would be also an advantage).
