We are looking for Sales Development Representative/appointment setter (SDR) to enlarge our APAC team for China. This job is fully working from home-based/Remote.
You will have a freelance contract with both an hourly rate and a generous bonus per qualified appointment.

This role is for the Chinese market, in which you develop sales-qualified leads from scratch within your given account list. This means you have to start a conversation and engage plastic surgeons, cosmetic doctors and Dermatologists into accepting appointments for our inside sales teams to perform online demos of our 3D Imaging Solution.

Working hours are based on the working hours of the region you cover (China).

Responsibilities:

  • Call and email potential clients, inform and them about our services (including cold calling)
  • Update CRM
  • Set appointments for our sales team
  • Send confirmation emails and make re-confirmation calls
  • Updates Google Calendars

Requirements:

  • $10 per hr, base gross Plus commission
  • Fluent/Native Mandarin Chinese speaker and professional level of English, Both Spoken and written. THIS IS A MUST (BOTH Mandarin Chinese AND English)
  • 1+ years Sales or customer service experience, Ideally by telephone.
  • Cold calling/Outbound calling experience ideal.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Experience of CRMs (Hubspot, sales force, ect) an advantage .
