Weekend Agent

We are currently seeking a Studio Assistant, ready to take on some more responsibility! Are you the next Weekend Agent ready join our team and help us in ensuring smooth operations during the weekends?

Responsibilities:

1. On-Call Availability:
   • Be on-call during the weekend from Friday 17:00 until Sunday 22:00.
   • Only required to actively work/respond if there is an incoming call.
2. Phone Support:
   • Handle all incoming calls during the on-call period.
   • Calls will be forwarded from studio manager phones.
3. Problem Resolution:
   • Efficiently resolve and administer swaps and emergencies for all teams, utilizing the Rocycle support playbook.
4. Decision-Making:
   • Demonstrate decision-making capabilities and independence.

5. Current Studio Assistant:
   • Must already be employed as a Studio Assistant at Rocycle.
6. Availability:
   • Commit to being on-call every other weekend from Friday 17:00 until Sunday 22:00. Open for discussion.
7. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent communication skills to handle incoming calls professionally.
8. Problem-Solving Skills:
   • Ability to solve and administer swaps and emergencies with support from the Rocycle playbook.
9. Decision-Making Capability:
   • Demonstrate sound decision-making capabilities with the willingness to learn and adapt. Benefits:
