As the Cider House Marketing Manager, you are a driving force behind our brand's success, collaborating closely with our Brand Team. In this pivotal role, you'll spearhead the execution of marketing strategies to ensure our brand shines through every aspect of our Cider Houses. Your expertise will be crucial in managing social media, organizing events, creating promotional materials, and ensuring all brand campaigns are seamlessly integrated into our Cider Houses. This position is remote and will be based in Portland, OR.

Job Functions

• Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and help execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve Cider House goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our Cider House team to ensure the Cider Houses align with the overall brand vision.
• Social Media and Online Presence:
  • Manage and optimize the social media presence of our Cider Houses.
  • Create engaging content and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Event Planning and Execution:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events at our Cider Houses to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful event execution and maximum impact.
• Promotional and Marketing Materials:
  • Create and manage promotional materials, including menus, signage, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure all materials reflect the brand's identity and message consistently.
• Campaign Integration and Coordination:
  • Integrate brand campaigns into Cider Houses, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Reporting:
  • Implement measurement and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications + Experience

• 2 years of in-house or agency marketing experience
• Relevant Marketing experience required
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for brand building.

About Schilling Cider

Schilling Cider was founded in a garage in 2012. And while the glycol chiller that we run today couldn't even fit in that garage, the same spirit for making bold, flavor-forward ciders and always figuring out how to do it better lives on today. Schilling Cider is the second largest cider producer in the US thanks to the team of people who work across the company. That growth has been enabled with the installation of a high-speed canning line capable of 1,200cpm. We're looking to add team members to help care for our equipment and improve processes. While it is no longer in a garage, the same culture and drive are there in what we do today and what we're laying the groundwork for tomorrow.
