Responsibilities:

Security Compliance

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive information security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Stay updated on the latest security regulations and trends, adjusting practices as needed.
• Collaborate with the Director of Information Security and other departments to enforce security policies.
• Provide detailed compliance reports to management.

Risk Management

• Establish and oversee a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate risk mitigation strategies into business operations.
• Develop and maintain an incident response plan and coordinate responses to security incidents.

Security Awareness Training

• Develop and manage a comprehensive security awareness program.
• Conduct regular training sessions on security best practices and company policies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program, updating as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Professional certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA) are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, focusing on compliance, risk management, and security operations.
• Proficiency with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with cloud security, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex security concepts.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current security threats and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
