IT Transition Manager

We are looking for an IT Transition Manager to join our team, playing a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth transition into production of services that meet and exceed internal user demands. You will have a central role in the team to ensure an efficient and continuously improved transition process. You will ensure the process skills and competencies in STARK Group and the Business Units.

The IT Transition Manager position will work closely with the agile teams, projects teams, IT service owner and service delivery manager, the first line and second line support managers and teams, change management and the infrastructure teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate and manage the co-ordination of the processes of operational level acceptance, transition planning, support requirements definition, configuration and change management, performance and risk evaluation, test management, release, deployment, early life support and release review
