Do you want a central role to ensure continued success with our customers in Denmark while we build our digital future together?

We are looking for an IT Process Manager to join our team to drive and support selected IT processes group wide, to support the STARK GROUP day to day operation and the business strategy. You will primarily be working with Incident, Major Incident, Problem and/or Change Management. You will have a central role in the team to ensure efficient and continuously improved processes. You will ensure the process skills and competencies in STARK Group and the Business Units.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitate and drive the group wide development and continuous improvement of ITIL processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem and Knowledge management processes across service providers
  • Facilitate and drive the continuous group wide improvement of the ITSM support of processes
  • Facilitate and drive group wide alignment on process KPI’s and reporting
  • Ensure that process documentation is kept up to date
  • Arrange and chair regular expert process forums across the group
