We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations Team.

At Yuno we are looking to solve the complexity of the online payment’s ecosystem. Allowing merchants and commerce to accept payments easily, accessing a variety of payment services with just one integration and enabling end users to pay in an easy and secure way.

🟣 About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Operations Team. You will collaborate with developers to maintain and optimize our Salesforce instance and other integrated Cloud Services. Your ability to solve problems collaboratively, design innovative solutions, and deliver high-quality results will be essential to enhancing our CRM platform and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving processes and driving user adoption across Salesforce tool and features. Your expertise and dedication will help us provide a superior and cohesive CRM experience for our users and clients.

🟣 What are my challenge at Yuno?

⋅ Create and manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure proper access and security within the Salesforce platform.

⋅ Customize objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to tailor Salesforce to meet the needs of various teams, and develop workflows and validation rules to automate processes and ensure data integrity.

⋅ Import, update, and export data to ensure data accuracy and support business operations, maintain data quality, and perform regular data backups to protect critical information.

⋅ Maintain and build custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights, support decision-making, and track key metrics for stakeholders.

⋅ Monitor system performance, manage releases and updates, troubleshoot issues, provide user training and support, create documentation and training materials, and collaborate with IT professionals for technical support.

⋅ Implement security settings, monitor user activities to protect sensitive information, manage system integrations for data consistency and seamless workflow, and stay updated with Salesforce features and best practices for continuous improvement.

🟣 What skills do I need?

⋅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

⋅ English and Spanish fluent are mandatory

⋅ Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.

⋅ Solid experience as a Salesforce Administrator (at least 3 years)

⋅ Proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration.

⋅ Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.

⋅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

⋅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
