What you´ll do:

• You provide support to the corporate and employer branding team and promote awareness of creative trends and contemporary advertising standards.
• Following the guidelines of the global creative team, you will be involved in visualizing concepts and content, executing designs to a high quality standard and coming up with big ideas to build love for our corporate and employer brand.
• You have deep knowledge of design principles and how to apply them to create standout work.
• You love to wrap your head around the hierarchy of information and how to translate that into good design.

• You have collaborative skills and a creative mind.
• You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.You are structured and organized.
• You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are hands-on and can take complete ownership of your channels.
• You have high standards for your work, but also show a high degree of pragmatism and solution orientation when necessary.
• You are fluent in English.
