SAP FICO Analyst

• Must have a thorough knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) functions such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Product Costing, CO-PA and others.
• Must have worked on multiple global SAP implementation and support activities.
• Must have hands-on exposure to IT solution design using in SAP.
• Estimate, plan, and lead IT Finance Initiatives including SAP implementation utilizing industry best practices and methodologies
• Ability to provide appropriate level messaging to senior management
• Needs the ability to guide change and influence decision making
• Monitor and report on project status to all stakeholders; escalate issues as required
• Ensure project methodology is followed along with all required Quality and Regulatory requirements
• Interact with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand business needs and recommend solutions. Partner with business teams and deliver process improvements and system capabilities to meet the business requirements
• Facilitate discussions with teams across various ERP tracks to move designs forward
• Provide technical solution designs that are delivered through in-house or external contract resources
• Ensure the solution design integrity is maintained while ensuring the system is leveraged to its fullest to meet the business demand

Requirements

Accounting Degree with 10-15 years of SAP FICO experience.
