Algorithm Development Engineer

We are currently looking for candidates to expand our development team responsible for designing and implementing algorithms for Advanced Driver-Assistance and Autonomous Driving systems. Join us now and become a member of teams responsible for development of our technology focusing on the topics of Parking features implementation. Namely algorithms for radars, ultrasonic sensors, and vision with high focus on the fusion aspect.

Your Role:

• Design, development and implementation of algorithms for Parking systems
• Software implementation using C++
• Unit tests development
• Assessment of component performance in virtual and real world experiments
• Root cause identification and issue solving
• Technical documentation for design documentation, calibration manuals and knowledge sharing
• Collaboration and effective communication with global internal development teams
• Occasional exposure to OEM customers via remote meetings, in-person demonstrations and presentations
• Occasional travel (global) for internal and external workshops
• Marry top class engineering, creativity and automotive design processes to achieve excellence in functional performance and design quality

Your Background :

• Msc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Control, Automation and Robotics, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics or similar
• Experience in software development using C++
• 3+ years of development and testing of algorithms and coding experience (can include industry, academic or internship)
• Experience with version control and issue tracking on collaborative projects (Plastic, Git, Jira, Jenkins or similar)
• Basic knowledge of statistics and signal processing
• Fluent command in spoken and written English
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in vision based detection/classification algorithms
• Experience in radar and/or ultrasonic sensors based systems
• Experience in the application of driver assistance systems
• Experience in Robotic Operating System usage
• Experience in software development using Python, Matlab
