Your main responsibility will be to regularly define, conduct, and document experiments to test new features and frameworks for our conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate possesses:

• Experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing generative AI experiments, ideally focused on dialogue generation and response coherence
• An agile mindset with a focus on continuous delivery and iteration for rapid prototyping and improvement of our chatbots’ functionalities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

In-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following:

• Expertise in building and querying knowledge graphs to power informative responses (experience with Neo4j a plus)
• Strong understanding of how to combine retrieval augmented generation techniques with generative models for natural and coherent dialog flows
• Familiarity with multi-agent systems and a strong interest in exploring their application for building collaborative chatbots
• Expertise in applying reinforcement learning techniques based on human feedback to optimize chatbot performance
• Knowledge of how to evaluate the effectiveness of RAG chatbots, including metrics for retrieval accuracy, response coherence, and factual correctness.
