KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage projects from beginning to end with effective planning and execution.
• Successfully manage a project, it's essential to thoroughly understand the project specifications.
• Conducting Kick-Off (KO) calls at the project's outset. Align all team members and stakeholders on the project's objectives.
• Analyze the questionnaire responses providing valuable insights that can guide project decisions.
• Testing the links to check for redirects.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project.
• Maintaining a constant line of communication with the client ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
• Collaborating with vendors streamlining the procurement process and enhance project efficiency.
• Deploying test links to respondents.
• Continuous monitoring of the project in the field addressing any emerging challenges promptly.
• Invoicing of projects

Specifications:

1. Shift: EST (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sample only PM role in Market research industry

Requirements

• Possess good communication, organizational and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to learn and understand the needs of Market Research clients as they relate to both the industry and to the products and services provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Effective communications skills.
• Ability to articulate well and understand what it takes to communicate with and “bond” with clients and vendors alike.
• A multi-tasking individual that likes to work both in a team environment and individually. Willing to manage a full workload and possess the ability to manage priorities that change moment by moment.
