Head of M&A Unit in Telecom business

Business Development Office team is searching for Head of M&A unit in telecom sector for to create shareholders value via synergies.

This position is responsible for stream organization and management including own team, partners, cross functional cooperation (finance, legal, compliance, commercial, regulatory, technical etc), strategy, planning, program management, integration and M&A business cases fulfillment.

Main responsibilities:

· Market share of fixed broadband market increase via M&A

· To organize value creation for shareholders via M&A framework and program team organization

· Organization of M&A transactions processing and closing in accordance with the investimentprinciples of the VEON Group

· Decision-making process, oportunities & risk assessment, implementation of business cases through Kyivstar integration

· Business cases performance delivery

· External parthners work coordination

· Cross-functional cooperation with various functions of different organizations

**·**Continuous M&A processes and governance post launch and next development.

Main requirements:

· 5+ years experience working in M&A, managerial experience

· Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented and proven experience building relationships

· Demonstrate business acumen by understanding end-to-end business processes

· Proactive, results driven, with a good eye for business, and the ability to create alignment across various stakeholders

· Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills

· Strong personal integrity - high ethical standards and judgment

· Upper-intermediate level of English
