About the Software Engineering Program

A structured six-month training program designed for new Software Engineers to develop technical acumen and gain experience within the sports entertainment industry. This mentor-based program provides extensive training and growth opportunities through workshops, hands-on projects, and partnering with experienced teammates on our Trading Engineering team.

Who is this program for?

We’re looking for university students and graduates, entry-level professionals, or those seeking a career transition. You should be interested in Software Engineering and have a desire to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Some of the experience we look for include:

• A background in Math, Informatics, Engineering, Computer Systems, or a related field.
• Knowledge of object-oriented languages like C# or Java.
• A curiosity for learning new technologies and strong analytical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Previous project experience or a portfolio is considered a plus.

What you’ll learn

• You'll explore cutting-edge technologies in the fast-paced sports entertainment industry, working on projects that push the boundaries of innovation.
• Dive into technologies such as C#, .NET, Databases, Kafka, HTML, CSS, React, Typescript, Git, and Jira.
• During the program, you will learn more about writing object-oriented code, best practices in software development, and software automation testing.
