The Revenue Operations mandate in 2024 is to elevate Go-To-Market operational excellence, help scale the business with tools & processes and empower the business with a high degree of business partnering and enablement. We are looking for a skilled Senior Revenue Operations professional to join our team who will be working Sales and Customer Success initiatives, helping scale the GTM operations by managing the tools and processes as well as deriving insights from our internal data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
  • System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools. Ensure these systems support global operations and are utilized effectively.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations, and implement best practices.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices.
    • Previous experience and know-how of Salesforce, Outreach, Gong
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making.
    • Proficiency in SQL is not mandatory, but will be considered a differentiating factor
    • Exceptional communication skills, including clarity and conciseness, active listening, and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, relationship building, and conflict resolution.
    • Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across departments.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
    • High agency and proactiveness, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
