The Vice President, Finance, USIS Risk & Marketing will serve as the head of finance for our Risk and Marketing business segments.

**What you’ll do

• Serve as SFO for BU/COE, country or division of a larger business unit/COE.
• Serve as an active business partner with local leadership team (country general managers and country directors where applicable) in identifying and addressing financial and business issues, bringing effective information to bear, supporting timely decision-making, and personally driving action and results on initiatives where appropriate
• Address local financial matters for BU/COE, country or division of a larger business unit.
• Oversee preparation, reporting and analysis of financial information for business unit, including budgets, forecasts, and monthly analyses of results
• Prepare executive summaries and conduct monthly financial reviews with business unit leadership that help highlight key trends, variances, strengths and weaknesses within the business performance and contribute to timely management decision-making. Help identify appropriate action plans which respond to opportunities and issues
• Prepare annual budgets which reflect market conditions, key business drivers and strategic and operating initiatives, and properly balance realism with healthy stretch objectives. Help identify action steps to ensure successful delivery against budgets
• Identify, recruit, develop and retain a high-performance team of managers and professionals

**What experience you need

• Minimum 10+ years in finance related role
• Minimum 4+ years in role supporting revenue stream finance
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
