Lead Product Manager - People Tech

The People Tech team is a passionate team responsible for the internal tools every Grabber uses to learn and grow. Our team is made up of cross-functional team members across product, engineering, and business. We are looking for experienced individuals who are user-centric, data-driven, able to think holistically and creatively, communicate well, and are great team players. Get to know the job

As a team leader for a group of engineers, you'll collaborate closely with the People Operations Team to define and create the product strategy and roadmap. Together, you'll identify high-impact problem statements and drive solutions from idea to development, rollout, and experimentation. Additionally, you'll champion excellence in user experiences and product quality while defining and tracking success metrics to measure the impact of your collaborative work.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• Developing and maintaining internal tools that empower our Grabbers to improve and learn.
• Collaborating with engineering to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great end-user experiences
• Defining and communicating product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about problem-solving
• Partnering with business counterparts and other stakeholders on well-defined go-to-market plans
• Launching minimum lovable products based on quantitative data and a qualitative understanding of user behaviour
• Defining success metrics and consistently measuring the impact of your work

Requirements

The Must-Haves

• 6+ years of experience as a product manager in technology or technology platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to independently operate in a complex and ambiguous environment, constructing clear strategies and roadmaps supported by analysis and data from loosely defined priorities and goals.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing products through the full software product lifecycle.
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to all levels from executive leadership to engineering and operations.
• Passion for the tech industry and building delightful product experiences with an ownership mindset to learn, influence, and not shy away from hard stuff to meet objectives.
