About the Opportunity

JOB SUMMARY:

To enhance the mission of the Department of Housing and Residential Life, the Assistant Director of Housing Services will report to and support the Director of Housing and Residential Life in all aspects of student housing experience including engagement with prospective students, participation in Orientation events, and completing all first-year housing assignments through the Living Learning Community model. The Assistant Director of Housing Services will support the Director in Department and Divisional projects including logistics of each move-in/out process, data analysis and reporting, and Housing process improvements.

The Assistant Director requires technical skill in utilizing housing software to complete assignments, manage processes, provide reports, and access data. This person serves as the primary technical and data specialist responsible for maintaining the SQL housing database and needs an understanding of SQL relational databases as well as the ability to work in a team environment of both technical and non-technical staff.
