1.Mandatory: Demonstrated experience developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
2.Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS
**3.**Mandatory: Experience and strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs, etc.
**4.**Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries for Energy storage application (Preferred: Knowledge of Regulatory standards like IEC61508, ISO26262 when building HW designs)
**5.**Mandatory: Knowledge of PCB layout constraints
6.Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries
**7.**Mandatory: Knowledge and demonstrated experience using simulation tools (for example P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad)
**8.**Mandatory: Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
**9.**Experience working with various Sensing Technologies (ex: Temp Sensor, Voltage sensor, etc.)
10. Preferred: Experience working with MOSFET driving, Optional: Contactors and Relays
11. Mandatory: Experience working with hardware peripherals and communication ckt design .
12. Preferred: Working knowledge of safety-critical features like charge control, thermal control, fault detection, and diagnostics for battery and energy products
13. Knowledge of regulatory & safety requirements such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730, etc
14. Mandatory: Experience in Power Supply Design
