Summary
Scoot is looking for an energetic, positive and dynamic individual to join Cabin Services Training Team to support training and crew supplies. The candidate will work closely with training mentors, cabin crew trainees & training resource vendors to ensure efficient administration that provides optimal learner experience to enable trainees to achieve proficiencies and deliver competent cabin crew to line. The candidate will also be responsible for managing end to end cabin crew stationery and uniform supplies including procurement, requisition, issuance and quality assurance. You should have excellent written and verbal communications skills and a self starter, with strong attention to detail combined with ability to multi task and work under pressure.
Job Description
- Plan, prepare & update Annual Initial Training Summary .
- Manage end to end training administration including trainer & venue arrangements, training program, learner material, attendance record, certificates etc,
- Administer elearning and manage Learning management System & work closely with IT & HR to manage functionality of system.
- Format & publish Cabin Crew manual & T&CS Admin Manual
- Ensure training mentors are able to use LMS to manage their training tasks.
- Upkeep training records and support Training Audits
- Ensure training materials are updated and compliant & all issues and revisions are systematically tracked and version control administered
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure all new learning initiatives are adopted and made relevant for team
- Manage repository system/ platform for Training section
- Manage end to end crew stationery and uniform supply including projection, procurement, requisition & issuance
- Manage quality control for crew supplies - name tags, baggage tags, cabin crew uniforms & implement appropriate mitigation or resolution in a timely manner
- Manage Uniform Inventory Management system.
